Bacteria Disease: Kraurosis Vulvae

Kraurosis valuae is a malady peculiar to middle-aged or elderly women, characterized by atrophy, shriveling, and construction of the skin and mucous membrane of the external genital region. it is  a chronic and stubborn disorder, manifested in surface changes involving hardening, drying, and graying of the skin, and sometimes of the underlying tissues, resulting in a narrowing of vaginal opening. Itching may be intense, but tends to lessen in time. One reason why suitable treatment is important is that, if untreated or improperly treated, there is the possibility that a cancerous condition may be developed from kraurosis vulvae.

What should be done to patients with Kruarosis Vulvae

1.Apply wet dressing of burrow's solution, diluted with from 16 to 32 times as much water as solution. These packs often allay inflammation and relieve itching.
2.Take a diet rich in vitamins, particularly vitamin A, which has considerable preventative value, and which may be curative in early cases.
3.If possible, consult a skin specialist, because there are some effective treatments, such as hormone therapy, which cannot be self-administered, and even surgery may be necessary.

Bacteria Disease: Atrophia Senilis ( Senile Atrophy)

Atrophia senilis is a manifestation often accompanying advancing age, appearing as patches of highly tightened, dry and inelastic, or thin and shiny skin abnormally discolored and frequently resulting in an itching sensation. It is seldom evidenced to any marked degree before the fiftieth year, and most pronounced in individuals who are thin. This type of atrophy, resulting from a decrease in the quantity of fat normally padding the skin is characterized by areas of skin that are usually yellowish or brownish in color, appearing on face , neck and backs of the hands or the legs. Itching is particularly troublesome in cold or very dry weather.

What should be done to patients with atrophia senilis

1.Do not expect skin "food" or any other treatment to bring about a cure of this condition.
Partial relief from the discomfort of this condition is possible through the following procedures:
2. Keep the skin softened with some simple ointment, such as cocoa butter or rose-water ointment. Apply as often as needed, but especially after each bath.
4.Use a super fatted soap, preferably.
5.Avoid exposure to sunlight, hard water, and harsh soaps.
